Customized Petition BuddyPress Plugin

I need a petition plugin custom to buddypress. Only buddpress uers can click a button to sign the petition, no visitors. Signing will show the username to the public but the real name will be showing to whoever receives the petition. I need the petition to show the number of people who signed. Users will be able to create a petition in the petition stream on the website. When the petition is activated the public (users) can add an e-mail CC to the petition by typing the contact e-mail in a box and then submitting it and instantly uploading the contact e-mail to the petition form. This will allow the petition to go to many other people. But user cannot do any other edits to the original posts petition form. This will be a post, so the user can accept comments, likes, shares, etc, just like any other post created by administrators, authors, etc. Example of petition. [login to view URL]
