Create a little battle game using PHP and MySQL

I want to create a simple battle game just like the the "Giant Battle Monsters". Here is the link: [login to view URL] requirements: 1. You use GET method to send [at least] two names along so the results can be shared 2. You store the names and attributes in a database(like Sequel Pro), so every time I type “Joy” as a name I get the same attributes I will offer my own iteration for this game to put in the database.
