design a simple php function to associate an id number to a url.

Ok, I need a very simple addition to a referral tracking system. I already have a tracking system in place, but want to add the ability for referrers to track their sales themselves, in addition to our tracking. Here's the situation. a referrer sends someone to the url [login to view URL] "a" is the referal id, and "e" is the page that the client will see, [login to view URL] is simply the tracking script. I want [login to view URL] to also check a database, and see if "a" has the url for a "tracking pixel" associated with it, if so, it will register that url as a session variable. I can then place that variable in an img tag, which will allow the referrer to know if someone who used their referral id made it through the sale. I would like this system done as a separate tile that can be include()'ed into the [login to view URL] file. I would also like a *database table* built to hold the referal id/trackingpixelurl information, and a very basic interface to add and subtract entries from it. this is a no frills job, I don't need design or added features, just the bare basics. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
