cpanel assistance

Hi: I am setting up a new server with cPanel. Would like to accomplish this: 1- When I setup a reseller account, I would like to ensure that all previleges, limits, etc., are setup by default. Right now, after I setup reseller accounts, I take a second step to edit these permissions and limits. Would like that done with the initial reseller account setup. 2- I want to create a package that automatically installs Wordpress as the default domain. In other words, if I setup account [login to view URL] under Package 1, a Wordpress blog is setup automatically as [login to view URL] upon setup. There are a few files that I want inside of this wordpress install, and I can provide them. Files include an addition to wp-includes.
