Auction Portal

We are developers of the WEBPAK product and have other lines of products in software and web applications. We also have vendors who develop our standard products and services. We sell our products and services through franchisees across the United States. We need to create an auction site, where our Franchisees will post their orders, and then our preferred panel of developers will bid on it. We also have software modules that we have developed stored in a Software Module Depot. The vendors would use the modules from this depot to “assemble?? the custom product for our franchisees. The portal needs to allow communication between the vendor and the franchisee. The site we are looking to develop will be our portal, that will allow this auction possible. It will be something like an eBay site, except it will be for our preferred vendors and franchisees. We would prefer to buy an already developed portal that you might have developed, so that it is tested and robust. If you have created a similar auction site only please bid on this. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Linux, MySQL
