Joomla website setup with given details

I have setup Joomla website and It need some work to be done to complete the project. I have created a docx file for the job list, This docx file in long because i have placed content of pages as well there and also place as much as info for you to get all the details. You need to setup RSS modules, email subscription modules and other custom modules on the website. All modules need to be match the requirement and website theme. All pages need to be setup as per the details with correct modules active on it. Developer need to be keep in touch with me on skype or gtalk during the project. I am looking for skilled Joomla developer, please dont bid if you are company or work in a team. I want to work direct with the developer. Dont bid over to $100 for this project.
