Joomla - Sobi2 listing/registration workaround

I am currently managing a Joomla site that utilizes the Sobi2 component. We currently have nearly 800 entries in the Sobi directory. Unfortunately, when the site was designed it did not require individuals to register on the site, and as such, users are not able to manage and update their own "current" listings. I would like to invite the 800 Sobi2 users to register on the site so that they can manage their own "current" listing, and have the process automated, if possible. To be considered for this project please email a short paragraph of how this will be completed. Please note we are a non-profit and have a VERY small budget of less than $100. If your bid is greater than $100, please explain why.
