However, any work created must include all source files, and are the sole property of us. Said work will be displayed only on our portfolio as such. We require all final source files (png, psd, .fla, fonts, images, etc…) delivered immediately after completion of the project. Our philosophy is to manage the project until the Client is satisfied. We consider the project complete when the Client is COMPLETELY satisfied and the project is delivered or goes live. With proper communication, we can be realistically flexible with timelines. If for any reason Vendor cannot complete the project, or Vendor fails to return our attempts at contact (the first being via email, secondly via phone, and finally, by certified mail), we will consider the project “abandoned”. At our discretion, the Vendor will either return the project deposit or provide any/all current source files.
