A small database based web site with a shopping cart

A SMALL DATABASE BASED WEB SITE WITH A SHOPPING CART We are a startup company that plans to design and sell printed graphics online and we need a LAMP programmer to do our website. No graphical skills required as that's our domain. Our products are printed graphics that will be mailed to the customers, so we need MySQL driven web site where the customers can browse different categories of the images of the graphics available in storage and drag-and-drop ones they want to the shopping cart. Shopping cart will be connected to the credit card provider with simple POST call and it returns info if the transaction was successful and customer's info. Customer info needs then to be saved to the database for the envelope label printing.
