I need my current website [login to view URL] to be upgraded. I have several ideas but I have a template already. To began I list properties for disabled, elderly and low-income peolpe searching for properties available with Housing Vouchers. I know a good deal about web design but I do not have the time nor the knowledge of php or databases to program the site the way that I would like. I have played with the template and css to get it to appear like I want but any comments would be appreciated. This is the basic look of the site [login to view URL] as you can see I have places for the quick search, the featured listings in the center (6-8 random listings) and also in the left column a spot for the register, sign in/out and email listings. At the top I have a spot for the Find by ID but that can be moved to another area. This is another variation of the template [login to view URL] but allows for space for the quick search and map. As you see the left column is the same I just moved the quick search to the far right. Since this is a rentals only site I would like any results in the listings to say rent amount instead of price and include deposit amount in the property features and advanced results search. I would like to use the script provided by this site [login to view URL] because it has the featured listings, local area info, quick & advanced search, search by ID, browse by state (w/ real time counter), credit system, the ability for me to make listing packages and the backend admin. I want the database driven Browse by state (in the center of thatpage under Browse), the email feature and the ability to have the Find by ID. (I want it similar to the drop down menu on this page [login to view URL] to allow for address and keyword search). Also a real time counter of total properties, listed today properties, properties w/ photos and properties allowing pets. An example is on this page [login to view URL] at the top. I want the property photos to be in flash format like the ones in the example- [login to view URL] ( I don't need the weather and movies links on the right of that page) but would like to have the local area info available (will discuss where in a minute). Instead of the google map on that script I would like to have a google map like the one on this site [login to view URL] with the property picture showing once you click, the picture would then link to the listing page. I would like the Quick search but since we list properties nationally I would want city and state to be in the quick search. When advanced search is clicked I would want it to appear similar to the choices on this site [login to view URL] (look under List Prices) but without all those options like you can leave out pool, golfcourse, open house, record sort, new construction and year built. Another example of the advanced & quick search can be like this page [login to view URL] that has tabs. You would add state feature then the city would prepopulate, then once a city is picked they may choose the county which is also pre-populated. Also it must be able to use the control button to pick more than one area. Of the examples the second would be my choice but it must be tabbed. In the right column I would want a refine your search area like on this page [login to view URL] I would like to have this display somewhere on the site [login to view URL] where They can get a glance of the featured listings and scroll through them. That would have to be stored another page so that I could call it up in a ajax area or have the ability to be shown using one line of code. The search results page would look like similar to this [login to view URL] with the basic property info like photo, br and baths, rent, property type, address & agent name. The agent photo and other listings link would be something that i can choose in the admin panel when setting up packages. For instance Free listings would not have an agent photo but if I choose a 3 month listing could include 'other listings link' and personal photo. The other listing page would look like this one [login to view URL] Make the property detail page have a tabbed menu like the one under this property [login to view URL] except in the neighborhood tab you would have the local area info & add email a friend and send to fax/phone tabs. This is to allow for more space on the page. The Map would go to an anchored link on the same page just under the tabbed area and just be a directional google map. I also would NEED to have the feature of being able to send the property info to fax and phone like the way he has it on this site [login to view URL] (another script by the same person). Included with this script is a credit system for me to make listings paid and/or free and charge whatever for certain packages and lengths of time listed. THIS IS THE MAIN FEATURE I MUSt HAVE! I would need this embeded in an admin section like in the script. If I can have it to where the property owner can go in once the package is paid for, and upload there photos and generally post the property immidiately then please allow for that with the ability for unlimited photos. I was told this was included in the script but I am unsure if it was for the php script or the script with the 'send to phone' feature. Also if you can make it to where some of the features such as browse by state and interactive map are embeded in an external page like the example on the [login to view URL] page where I call up another page in the ajax tab. (click on program tab for example) then it would be easier for me to change the template as needed. The browse by state (with realtime database count) would go under the browse tab and I could remove the current map to allow for the google map. Sorry this is so long but I wanted to be as descriptive as possible to make sure you understood what is needed. I am doing this service on my own for a good cause and I'm in the process of becoming a non-profit so I cannot afford over the $200. Do not bid if you charge over what I can pay. I can make the page work around the script to minimize your programming time but i would like the features I described. To sum it up these are the choices for property detail page, [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] same format just aligned alittle differently and the first allows for agent box with photo, contact #'s & other properties link). The send to fax/phone is mandatory and the flash photo feature with rent and deposit amount and agent contact info is mandatory. I would like the property info not to be on seperate pages but in tabbed area like [login to view URL] Also mandatory is quick search and advanced search (must have state/city/county ability) feature with rental range instead of price. Would love it tabbed like [login to view URL] to save space. Also Mandatory are the my account, save listing, mail listing, sign in/out and register feature. The Find by listing ID area is mandatory to the site but would like the ability to also search by address/zip/keyword. The Credit payment feature and ability to make my own packages is a MUST. The features added to each property listing package such as- amount of characters in description, photos allowed, agent other listings etc,is also a Must for me to control. It must have Paypal like the one in the script but can also feature 2checkout or another payment source if it is possible. All the features I need except a few are included in the script I am buying, I simply need them improved and installed. If the features I described can be done with out me having to purchase the script seperately, then have you install and do the other stuff, that would be welcome as well. I would like this site up and running within a weeks time (no later than 10-14-06). Thank you. I know its a lot of info but.. if you don't ask you won't recieve. :-)
