Need a landing page with DHTML and 3D effects to menu Bar and Buttons

Need a really high quality graphics and a modern look landing page. I want my menu bar to have nice 3d effects, and I would like to have a widget where for my contact numbers for clients to choose a city and for the phone number to appear. I will need about 5-10 icons with nice 3d effects symbolizing type of service or product. Basic Requirements: *quick landing page to perform well in ppc adds *excellent web/graphic design quality *need dynamic HTML, and may also use javascript, jquery *Budget: $100 I would like to see different MocUps(At least 3) before Awarding the project. Freshers Can also apply but must provide Mock Ups before getting hired, will provide a pdf for more details to selected Bidders.
