Looking for an expert in PHP and more - repost

I manage a few sites. I made the first basic work on php with them. Another programmer made during 4 years all the programming for the sites. He has a good level but he is not an expert. I am looking for a developer who can optimize every single line of the php code (or rewrite everything) of the sites, who can have ideas to improve them and when I need it, make modifications on the sites. On the sites, there are php, ajax, javascript and different classes from php. I think there is also some symfony, too. It is not a single big project but a part time work. You work on the sites every day a few hours and you are paid every month (paypal or wire transfer). So, you need to be an expert in PHP/MySQL, to have a good English (or maybe French), READY TO WORK FOR A FEW YEARS together and have good evaluations. If you have knowledge about gamification, it will help a lot. If you have more questions, let me know. I will send the sites for those who need them. PS: I submit this project a few months ago. I found a polish developper. There was work for him for several years. I do not know for which reasons, but I get no more contact from him since the beginning of January. So, you will understand that I will be really prudent to choose one of you.
