Integration of wordpress plugins and change the layout of the posts on the blog page

I need to correctly integrate the following plugins on my wordpress site: 1) Advanced Ajax Page Loader : I want everything to load (including footer and sidebar) dynamically except for my header. 2) Full width audio player : it is currently has a fixed position on top of the page, but I would like it to be right at the bottom of the header and style it a bit (see attached screenshot). [login to view URL] I also need to change the post layout on the blog page a bit. It currently has a standard blog layout (1 column) but I want 3 posts wide instead.
