Clone website, PHP expert needed URGENT

I need a clone of the following website: [login to view URL], also I need this urgent! The one who can do this good, not too expensive and fast wins this project. I am quite sure there are enough script out there which almost do the things [login to view URL] does which you can easily modify, I am a PHP programmer myself for 10 years, just don't have time for this. Doing the screenshots of websites can easily be done by PHP + GD Library (ten lines of code), I can point this out to you if needed (or you can google a bit). Also, it would be superb if you could do some basing, converting my PSD files for this site to XHTML/CSS. Let me know which techniques you will use.
