Clone of 2 pages

We need a Clone of 2 pages for our Webinar Video you should clone this page and the page which will come after it ++++first page : [login to view URL] the field Username and Password should functionally work it means when some one fill it and press "log in" button an email including username + password and "Log into a different product" Drop down menu for example : "sponsored search" should be send to my email address ++++Second page when you login . you will be redirect to a page which will be called Dashboard page , here is a screen shot from it [login to view URL] if you want to see the web page you should log in , you need an account , register an account from here [login to view URL] when you create your username and password then log in to the first page to see the second page ( for creating account you doesnt need to enter your billing information just skip that level ) we expect no Errors in clone pages and you should fix all errors before sending the complete work to us ++++payment and Time Frame these two page clones should be done today i will add some part of project value in escrow and when you complete the web pages you should upload it in your own server , i will check its functionally and if it was ok then i will release escrow and pay the rest of money to you.
