classsifieds - drupal

We're in need of a skilled, experimented Drupal developper : 1/ to set up a classsified module on our Drupal portal. (this module will be duplicated on a second twin portal). 2/ to set up a common user database for these 2 sites (both sharing the same users). We're in a need of someone experimented, efficient and quick.
