Adding some features to an already operational simple site

I need a web programmer to add some features to an already operational simple html coded, static “flash game” site. That site is very similar to [login to view URL] I simply want to change that site more dynamic. The features I want to add are: • Main page should include most popular games of the month and it should update automatically. • An admin page showing info about game play counts, most popular games, least popular games etc. • A simple game upload page for site admin. It can be a simple form. Admin should upload game swf file, screenshot, description and category info. New game should go to that particular category. Also a page where admin can delete unpopular games. Admin should access upload page with password. • Integrating Google adsense code. • Other optimizations if you need to make I also want very minimal code change.
