Revamp of eCommerce site

I am in need of a developer to upgrade, enhance and add new features to a current eCommerce system created. The tasks include: - fixing bugs - applying ZenCart functionalities such as reporting, accounting, order processing and other features - great emphasis on the order processing system is needed - Implementation of an Arabic interface with HTML ready. - implementing an accounting system that generates reports, profit and loss statements, financial, invoicing and other features of an accounting system for an ecommerce Web site - Apply new requirements such as minor changes, new pages, integrating with Google Base, eBay shops and other merchants - SEO redo of all work done on the SEO - *** very importantly, creating a tool that uploads data and images from files and XML to the system in English and Arabic. - Web 2.0 oriented site, so be prepared. The site is an ecommerce one with social and networking facilities available that require great attention and detail. - Creating template pages for pages extracted from other sites. You need to be able to implement an Arabic interface which has the HTML ready, but not implemented. There is much more to do, and future projects at hand, including 4 further phases that need development, so if your work is of excellent par, you will be granted more phases. There lies a great future for this project and needs someone with skill... this is not a complicated project, but detail is in great need...again future phases lie ahead for the best developer.
