Project Manager for Media Company

The US-based small broadcasting company need someone to assume the role of a Project Manager to develop an IPTV Content Delivery Network along with all of it's APIs & Management functions. If you are applying, you must have knowledge of the following: - Video streaming protocols - In-depth knowledge of Wowza Media Server (VERY IMPORTANT) - API integration & development - Middleware development for IP Set-top boxes - Billing software knowledge - Capacity to find the right people to develop certain aspects of the project - Also preferred skills are: PHP/Java coding, Extensive networking knowledge, and high comprehensive abilities.
