Hello,
I am an expert in elearning systems and development including instructional design with over 14 years of experience and would be happy to work with you on your project.
Let me summarize what could be done, then we could discuss this in more details.
Well, to manage courses, even if they are simple, students, instructors, payments, certificates, emailing, notifications, exams & many other features; most important is to manage all these features relations, then it is better to use an LMS.
You purchased WPLMS, which is pretty a good choice, it has many features, but to work for you better it needs some work to do on it, the result should be a good one. It is based on WordPress, so it gives you a lot of flexibility. I suggest you to keep on this choice, I will help you on it to make a good system that you can rely on and would be fully satisfied.
Some other choices would include WordPress based LearnDash, which is a good choice as well, but it does not have the features of WPLMS.
The third choice you could use is Moodle, this is independent, but it is a very powerful system, although it is not commercial but it should cost you more as it is not straight forward and need to do a lot of settings and configurations to make it run the way you like.
If you want to award on hourly basis, then I am ready immediately to work, or discuss for fixed rate.
Best regards,
SolutionsSP
