Expert needed to create Wordpress-Theme

I need a Wordpress Theme fully developed under the guidelines of wordpress 3.9 latest version. This is needed to be compatible for other plugins and updates. All titles should be a "single post". the_excerpt() is the small thumbnail like version of a full track.. when you click on it, it should load the "post" alone with full infos EG. the player in the footer on the left should be a "widget".
