Develop billing software for router independent of PC

I need a freelancer to develop a hotspot billing software which can be installed in a router like that which works on the mikrotik routerboard with no need for a PC. Billing software like that of antamedia depend on PC's running MAC's. I need a software which does not need a PC i.e (runs independently on the router as soon as its connected to a router. Preferred router will be the Linksys routers. Only serious freelancers need to bid on this. Software doesn't need to be bogus and needs to bill appropriately. Please check antamedia for description of what I need. If possible, I would need the antamedia software to be installed on a router if it can because it has everything I need. Please use the Antamedia hotspot software as an example of what I need in a router hosted billing software. What I want to achieve; 1. Ability to login to router backend to generate, print tickets and perform other admin duties. 2. Router to act as platform hosting software... No need for PC to host software and router to route. Everything should be done in the box. 3. Ability to host up to 2000 users comfortably per router box. Currently running an ISP and using mikrotik. There are too many discrepancies in the mikrotik software. I need something custom or as I said anyone who can create an interface where antamedia can be installed in a router and run inside it without PC will be of advantage. This is an urgent project.
