Create a Wordpress Template

We are looking for someone who can modify our currently site, and plugins. We are using wordpress and woocommerce: (DESIGN) 1. login/signup popup like [login to view URL] 2. header transparency like [login to view URL] 3. Search plugin to show flat design (A3rev plugin) 4. Redesign product card, make sure the price could show up to 10 digit nominal (Rp 1.000.000.000) without decimal. (FEATURES/ FUNCTIONS) 1. Shortcode: to show featured product from woocommerce like etsy frontpage. 2. Category page 'category list' like etsy 3. sub-category page's 'Header', 'category filter,'price filter','shipping class/shop origin filter' like etsy 4. 'DEAL' page template: with the function(countdown, buy now, etc) similar to [login to view URL] 5. 'PRE-ORDER Product' page template: like deal page template too, but the card use pinterest style (so there can be 3 pre-order product per row or so) 6. 'Email enquiry' in product single-page, all email are forwarded to wordpress admin account. (we already have product enquiry plugin, but I dont want vendor to put their own email) 7. Matt Gate's product vendor plugin | Vendor frontend : for 'vendor' role user to add/edit product from frontend 8. Matt Gate's product vendor plugin | vendor dashboard : account page for 'vendor' role user 9. Matt Gate's product vendor plugin | vendor shop page : design like etsy seller page with additional shop banner on header [login to view URL] 10. Matt Gate's product vendor plugin | vendor rating : ability for customer to rate shop after checkout 11. Vendor List: page template for listing all vendor - product list page 1 | take the page template, so I can make a page that show product from certain category to show that way. - product list page 2 | mobile responsive version of product list page - [login to view URL] | yes I would like a widget, or a code to show that kind of widget in slider revolution or ur own slider is also okay - [login to view URL] | we want post/ product review custom post type (pick you think best) to have that kind of template. - product single view with advnced comment review | we need the product single page to be like that and the 'review tab' to show user comment/ review showing average user review score. I can attach images later for the tasks.
