website for real state and developer company

Hello i need a website (in Arabic) for a real state and developer company they do 2 thing : develop building projects manage buildings after that (sell-rent - maintenance - security ...) i need a website to contain : in main page : news (not much maybe 4 to 6 news top) latest project (1 or 2 ) other regular pages (about us - call us - building management request form ) 2 pages will be only information now but in future will work on them (programming) : "Rent payment" and " For rent" and the main section in the website will be : " Our Projects" here i need the best way to show there project which include for each project: location map 2d plane for the project with sizes 3d view of the plane some 3d image for interior updated image from the project (real photos) some videos rent and sell offers. can i have your price for this and some design suggestions for the main page and for the "my project suction too". attached company logo and one of there project brochure .
