Website Design and develop for my service

Project Description: My website will provide subscription service and need following pages. [login to view URL] page=>about,how it works,why us, pricing, tell a friend. Login , sign up, subscribe, contact us [login to view URL] up page using email=>user detail entry=>subscription page(take payment information but for now no need to integrate and execute actual payment) [login to view URL] display=> general user profile, profile detail,request to view my profile detail from others, payment history,subscription upgrade,password change 4. Detail view will have repeated section that has about 10 fields.. [login to view URL] logo(but its at early stage so simple logo is fine, no need to put big effort- I will update later on) 6.I am looking at HTML responsive template from Envato Marketplace, so I will buy and provide you. I would prefer to do PHP and MYSQL , however if you have any other preferred platform which has benefit and provide same functional we can discuss. Please quote me price and how long it will take from the time we agree to work on it.
