Social Mobile App/Website - open to bidding

I want to build an application that serves like an aggregator for some selected blog sites here in Nigeria like a hub where users can access for latest/hot news, video (youtube), music releases (sound cloud), e.t.c There are currently lots of website where people get latest news, so i want to bring all the news to one application so users can enjoy unlimited contents. The news/video will not be readily available/downloaded onto the app, it should connect to the site where the feed came from when its been clicked on right in the application. Because the internet connectivity here is also below whats obtainable in Europe/US, the application should have low network requirement for operation. The target users of the application will be high school/university student hence the target operating system are JavaMe, Blackberry and Android.
