SIMPLE Web Site Issue -- Pixels out of line!

Simple Web site layout question! All we need is an answer... We own the author site at <[login to view URL]> The design is pretty stable, however on certain machines, the pixels on the site are out. I'm attaching two screenshots: [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] [login to view URL] was taken of the site using IE 6.0.2800, under Windows 2000. You can see the circled errors. [login to view URL] was taken of the site using IE 6.0.2800, under Windows XP. No errors. Basically we want to know what is out... what's causing the issue. If we HAD a Win 2000 machine, we would sort it out ourselves. This is a VERY simple problem that can be sorted in FrontPage. To all the guys that have bid $100, etc... get real! This is a simple $10 puzzle.
