Online to snail mail clone

Would like something similar to [login to view URL] Which is a website where people create letters/postcards online and then the owner of the site sends out the letters/postcards for a fee. There will be no signup unlike snailmailme. I would like it to have a great gui where it is simple and the user can select whether they want a postcard,letter or both. They can also have the option of having the letter hand written for an extra fee. They will be able to upload a picture if they choose postcard and the website should be able to support postcard templates/letter templates so that in an admin area once a sale is completed all I would have to do is print the letter (if they paid extra for handwritten there must be a notice saying they paid for it being handwritten) or postcard from my computer. The admin area should also show the paypal receipt for the transaction with the information they submit. I would also like a button in the admin panel next to each sale that says "finished" that will automatically email the buyers paypal email address that the purchase has been finished and the letter/postcard has been mailed.
