92382 Drupal Blog design and setup

I want to start a Drupal blog. I have a good Idea of how I want it to look and function. I'd like to have a coder who could transfer the look or theme of my old blog and incorporate it into this new Drupal Blog. I'd also like some additions to the Drupal blog that are comparable to other blogs. Here is my old blog and the theme, colors, and header. [login to view URL] I want you to take that theme and bring it to my new Drupal blog here. [login to view URL] To give you an idea of what I want, I have attached a pdf sketch showing what I need. Also, I have another Drupal blog example here. [login to view URL] I'd like mine to follow a similar pattern. I don't intend to transfer my whole blog over to my new site. That would be likely too expensive and time consuming. I just want a Drupal blog that functions similar to [login to view URL] and has the look and theme of my old blog.
