Admin Theme design (Based off example)

I am looking to have an "Admin Theme" designed based off of a third party software/demo ([login to view URL]). This should have the same look/feel however should not load using ajax. Each page will actually load its own page instead of simply refreshing with the content. Should utilize a grid based system (prefered), and have some jquery datatable support. Note, I am not looking for someone to rebuild this example 100%, I am simply looking for the core functionality (aka 2-3 pages tops no back end code), that gives me the layouts look/feel (Left Nav, Right side body. Similar "widgets"). The page layouts I would be looking for are: Home (without the charts), Getting Started -> Promotion Tips, Reports -> Quick Stats,
