Upon entering [login to view URL] a new user will have no idea about what we do or how where to start. So I want an arrow to guide them from click to click, link to link. From entry to registration. My main concern is for the arrow to be ultra modern and transparent. So it needs to look like it is hovering next to each link rather concreted on the page. The easiest way to show you is a step by step word doc attached. Good luck and lucky bidding.

Hi, I am a javascript expert and I can easily achieve this client side. Please let me know just a couple of things: 1) You mention first time, how do we know if it is the first time? Are you planning on leaving a cookie or something client side? 2) Does the arrow needs to keep appearing in the last step, if the user is registered and logged on?
