Video Capture with background - can it be done and how much?

NOTE: This is JUST an INFORMATIONAL project. I want to know 1) if it can be done 2) what software is needed 3) about how much would the main part cost 4) about how much would each background cost RAC, does not allow any FREE projects including informational. So, please put a VERY low bid (<$5) or no bid at all. Tell me what needs to be done ESPECIALLY if you can do it!!! Then if it can be done and not EXTREMELY expensive I will create a project to have it done. Four things that need to be done. 1) Imagine a singer with a guitar showing a background (moving?) of the beach. Done live! Now, I could imagine if I was a singer and I did not move at all (I could define a region that would show my body and guitar and overlap it on a background. But, I want to be able to move and the computer recognize which part is me and my guitar - everything else throw away and replace with the new background. Then have people watch me play live as if I am on the beach. 2) I will also need to record a sample with the background - so people will see what it is like. Is that possible? 3) How can I create these backgrounds. Imagine a HUGE background 20 feet by 20 feet and I could "move" the camera to show people more of the beach or ESPECIALLY have people moving in the background. 4) I would like the ability to be able to see/hear/type with viewers. Ok, is all of that possible? What is needed and how much would it cost? And can you do it - how much would it cost (please don't put this as the bid, just write it so I can determine if I can afford it. One last question, how CPU intensive is this? Can lots of musicians do this at the same time on my website? Any guesses on how many can happen at the same time? Thank you! (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Unix preferred but if I have to do it on Windows, it is ok.
