Small banner ad

This is a small banner project for a small (Approximately 150 square) square ad banner. The project will be awarded to at least 4 coders in order to develop a perspective on the available talent pool. (I will need many more banners and several web sites done within the next few months.) I invite all web design coders to look at this as an audition of sorts. Examples of your work are required. The general banner description is as follows: Must use a fast loading animation strategy (Javascript, Java,DHTML, Flash) to create a suttle design animation. No gross movements, just some effect that makes the Banner noticeable. Think SUTTLE, think ELEGANT. The ad should have a logo on the bottom and text on the top. The exact graphic elements will be provided to the selected coders. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All ## Deadline information Although you have several days to do this, a bonus will be given to coders who do exceptional work and finish ahead of schedule.
