Gd resize and image replacement for flash in oscommerce

I need to replace the start image of a site ([login to view URL]) for a swf, I have tried it and on firefox the site works well but on IE after loading the flash it stops loading the contecnt of the page, second I need a gd resize for displaying the products on the site. the site is [login to view URL] the image that needs to be changed for the flash is [login to view URL] which is displayed on the mai site and says the best ideas for life, the flash movie is located at [login to view URL] I need the site fully working with IE and firefox.
