New website Flash/html needed

I need a website made of html and flash. YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO THE CONTENT! Design only please. When you first arrive at the site, perhaps you just see the logo...I want a short animation (perhaps just a video convert of something I may build in Final Cut Pro) to be a short "trailer" for the site...skippable, in that if you've seen it before, you don't have to sit through it again by clicking the "Skip Intro" link at the bottom. About 10 rotating pictures. This area should feel like a DVD menu Hyperlinks: Eight, When rolled over, it would reveal what link it was to, but I wanted to avoid a lot of clumsy text everywhere CAST, EPISODES, PHOTOS, EVIDENCE, DOWNLOADS, FORUM, REPORTS and CONTACT US We will give you details about colors and design when you're hired.
