Need site/frame preloader

Hi i have a webiste and two of the pages load fairly slowly because the pages display another site within a frame. These sites that load inside the frames take a few minutes to load. I need a preloader that will show site vistors some type of progress bar so they know that its not broken, that they just have to wait a minute. The two pages I need preloaders on are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Whatever preload you propose it must be seo friendly so google bots can crawl past it Budget = $40 I will be ready to start project on friday
