Need American/UK/Canadian only Freelance Design/Developer

Hello, I am looking for a American or possibly a UK/Canadian freelancer who is looking to take projects of all sizes. YOU MUST BE AN AMERICAN/UK/Candian speaking person or team for this project. I am looking your duties could include creating a website, but more then likely you will be helping fix small problems, or adding the finishing touches to a project. Skills Needed (Any or All) Flash, Joomla, HTML, Ability to rename urls, update title, meta, H1 tags, PHP script, Dreamweaver, Photoshop. Please send me your skill set, and or portfolio.
