Joomla Template Development

My existing website is Joomla based ([login to view URL]) from making minor adjustments to the Lunar Eclipse Joomla Template ([login to view URL]). My new website ([login to view URL]) is also going to be a Joomla portal, but I wanted a very spiffy, unique template to prevent this next site from looking like every other Joomla site out there, since I will be using it for several years. I'm offering $100 USD for a complete template design, including some small logos and buttons, all of which I will retain the rights too after the project is complete to prevent other sites from looking similar to mine. I'll give very loose guidelines about colors / fonts / graphics / etc / after the winning bidder is selected, but note this is going involve a lot of artistic freedom so I want someone who is very creative more than require someone technical. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional template able to loaded and unloaded in the Joomla template manager 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The joomla template is being run on a linux box. It should appear identical in a Firefox or IE browser.
