Header For Website

I need someone to design a header for my friends new website. The is information and news about his "metal" radio show. Banner Specs: 728 x 90 Can be JPG, Animated GIF or FLASH No Links Needed Must be under 35k Must look good on a black background Theme: His show is titled, "Beyond The Grave". Should be like a horror movie. We do not have a logo for this site. So we'll need a basic logo too. Something scary looking.
