Flash/PHP Based ''Design Your Own Postcard''

I'd like a program that's a copy of this: [login to view URL] A user chooses a category of background images, then selects one (in html). The rest is in Flash. Next, they get the "Quickstart Your Design" box which puts text on the background. Next, they can move their text, and choose different sizes and fonts, colors, etc. It would have the safezone lines drawn too. These are just lines drawn in 1/8 inch from the edge of the art. When the user clicks "continue" at the top. It would display the proofs like the existing one. The admin side will allow 300dpi cmyk images to be uploaded and categorized. (add/edit/delete category, add/delete art in category). Once the 300 dpi cmyk image is uploaded, the back end will create a much smaller 72dpi RGB image to display in the user's category search and the flash designer. The output of the program, once a user clicks on approve the proof, will be a 300dpi cmyk pdf or eps. The font list should be configurable, or just pull from a directory.
