easy flash site with php and mysql backend

hi there! i am looking for a strong flash specialist, who has a good feeling for graphics. look at the attached pdf. you have more or less the layout, however disregard the yellow boxes on the left. they are just for explanation. also the last page is only the list of the projects. basically it is very easy. the index page will be set together with flash, meaning that the red box will fade in or slide in from the bottom, whichever you prefer. the background picture will always change, everytime the user comes back. however it will not change, if i stay on the index page for 10 minutes... the pics will be put into a folder just as you have done it in similar projects for me, so that the admin does not need any programmation skills to change the background pics. then you have the 3 links on the bottom. each link does the same. it goes to a subpage, where we see a number of projects, with a large thumbnail pics, description etc. when clicking onto the pic you get onto a detail page, which is number 4 of the pdf. there you can mouse over over the thumbnails and you have the preview on the left. on all pages, please not that there is always an alignment with the center of the webpage. e.g. on page 4: the left border of the large picture is aligned with the center of the webpage. in the pdf this is not the case, but on the web it should be like this. OR: if you look at the pics of page 3 in the pdf. they should be aligned with the center of the webpage as well. so actually you have nothing on the left half of the page. enclosed you will also find a layout of the backend (repeleadmin)....you can make it in English. the buttons mean BACKEND IS MYSQL AND PHP ajouter = add modifier = modify supprimer = delete au dessus = move up au dessous = move down if you look at categorie in the backend, you can check box the same project to appear in different categories. on the bottom of the admin page you can upload pics, which will be resized automatically. NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO ADVANCED PAYMENT AS WE HAVE STARTED THIS PROJECT 2 TIMES AND BOTH PROGRAMMERS MESSED UP. WE HAVE HOWEVER ENOUGH REFERENCES TO GIVE YOU, WHO CAN CONFIRM THAT WE PAY SOLID AND FAST UPON COMPLETION.
