Black Tie Website Design

I need a very talented person or group to re-design a Ford/Dodge dealership website. I have created a mockup of the site with all the elements I need, all that is left to do is to design the layout and color scheme. I just need roughly 3-5 template pages. One main page, one template page for static content, and one alternate page. If things turn out very good I will need 5 more forms redesigned for the websites backend. I would like to keep the design very formal/black tie, with an organized, sharp, design. I prefer Black, Red, White, Blue, with silver accents. Ford Uses Blue and Dodge uses red, so a good clean combination will do. I would like a couple 'small' flash hot spots just to give the main page some movement but that is optional. Thank You ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
