wordpress blog small stuff

I am looking for some to add a few small things to my blog. I would like someone very familiar with wordpress so I can hire to do more things. 1) I have a newsletter optin on my main site. I have the code on the main site. I was told just need to add a text widget and copy the html into that. 2) on the top navigation area I want to add another link 3) add banner to right side so I think same as 1) ## Deliverables 1) [login to view URL] On the left hand side you will see an area Free Teleclass & Audio Program I would like this section put into my wordpress blog including the same text. I go an email from the autoresponder help that said I need to do this. Just copy and paste the same form code you generated and put it where you want it to go - for example use a text widget and paste the code into it - or just paste in on a page etc. Nothing special needs to be done. 2) On the top of the blog you will see About Steve --- If possible I would like another link "Main Site" link to [login to view URL] However I know About Steve was created in the WP admin , can I have a link manually added? 3) I want a small banner placed on the right side and link to [login to view URL] I am on MSN if you have questions, I would like it done as quickly as possible.
