web Site makeover

I need a makeover of [login to view URL] . I need more on the 1st page, like [login to view URL] has. If you go deeper into the teccme site you will see data/links that should be on the introduction page. The additional links I need on the front can be seen if you click [login to view URL] . The links on the left should be much smaller and on the introduction page. Also I want a nice show (link) of "TECCME's Administrator Program with MCSA, Linux and Security" That should link to the appropriate place which is currently in the [login to view URL] under programs. You must use front page and to use the images we have in roughly the same place. The content of the site is fine, it is just the layout, look and feel that need to be cleaned up and made to look more professional (Hey don't laugh, I know I asked for it in FrontPage). We expect that the development process should be done within a week of order with ample communication from the winning coder so that we are involved with okeying the step-by-step progress. .
