SCHOOL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM To provide a computerized Information Management System to handle the functions of Students enrolment, Grading, Time Tabling, Inventory management, Income/Expenditure management and the School payroll. Briefly, the proposed system should be able to handle the following school management functions: 1. Student enrolment: (a) Gather all the necessary student's bio data at the time of admition. This should include: student's kin, medical history etc. (b) Capture all previous detailed academic records for the enrolling student. This is for the purpose of assessing the student's suitability to join the school. (c)Generate and output reports of student enrolment and attendance. Time Tabling: (a) Accept information concerning the scheduled time slots for the different subject Lessons/Exams along with the names of the teachers allotted to those time slots for each class (Input will be from the Director of Studies).
