VBulletin modification

Platform: VBulletin Version 3.0.3 Requirements: 1) code must work on all server configurations that VBulletin works on. 2) code must be commented and documented. 3) Code must be provided as find/replace code when existing code/files are modified. 4) Existing functionality and permissions/security should not be compromised by the deliverable in any way. Project: Provide users of the forum with an interface that lists all the forums and through which they can uncheck a forum that they do not want to have displayed on the forum index page. When the user edits the preferences, the user's current settings should be selected, and when the code is applied initially the default should have all users have all forums checked. The code should not allow users to see forums that they do not have permissions to see. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
