C++ Threaded Application Singleton

**_ _****_C++ Multithreaded Application utilizing a Singleton Pattern with multiple parameters _** An existing application creates an object locally in a .cpp file with new operator and within the object calls a function LoadPosKeys to load data row in to cache a few minutes after the program starts. Current proposal is to replace the object that’s gets created locally with a one instance globally accessible singleton pattern This is rather a request or bid for information to investigate the advantage and disadvantages and pros and cons and if there’s a better way of doing this so using threads and conditionals or this method would be fine. And also a few other questions that may arise if errors come and watch to look for. Will provide any further details as well if required. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
