I would like to add better e-commerce capabilities to my company's website. I think a customized version of an open source cart such as osCommerce could work, although I am very open to suggestions about other solutions. Current situation: - I am bootstrapping a startup and am the only full-time employee. As such, affordability is very important. - My company's website is http://www.fullpro.com. - I have a dedicated SSL certificate for my domain (e.g. [login to view URL]) - My web hosting is by 1and1. I have the business package, which includes many mySQL databases and PHP. - I currently have an Echo processing and merchant account, although it currently only is in use for a B2B payment form (that is not part of this project). - I currently use PayPal's basic (not pro) "shopping cart" & processing -> this is what I want to replace. I like most elements of the current system, but I don't like the fact that customers have to have (or sign up for) PayPal accounts. Also, I need much more robust Administrative functions. Please see the attached Word document for fairly detailed specifications.
