Professional Website (informational)

Website Posting 080507 I am looking for an informational and PROFESSIONAL website for my company. I would like to be able to make minor language modification to my website from time to time w/o having to contact a developer. I have recently selected my logo and now I am looking to select a website developer. 15-20 pages and I will provide all the content. Need to install code and keywords in the website so it appears in free google search engine results. Contractor/Seller to create a brand new website homepage/template that is professional and engaging. Work will be high-quality and professional designed (stock commercial templates may be considered) that appeals to ideal target market (corporate, male, business-to-business). I am looking for multiple examples of websites Contractor/Seller has designed and built in the past. After reviewing your portfolio, I will make a decision. References from satisfied website owners will be helpful but not necessary. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Viewing parties will ONLY be in the United States. IE a must. Firefox also used.
