Members Area Website

Hello, I need a password protected members area website created (unique U&P's for each member) there will be 200-300 members in the first run of this training. Ideally, after receiving an email confirm of payment I would like to have an automatically generated email to the member with their U&P for the members area website. The login page should include one of those "Forgot your password?" links that will email them their U&P immediately. (I will provide the AR to do such things). I also would like a chat room discussion board snapped in there - this is something I probably could do myself but if you have any thoughts on that or anything else that's cool for a members area let me know!!
